Emergency Number – 112

The Public Safety Command Center (112) is the universal emergency number in Georgia. It is free of charge and works from any landline or mobile phone, regardless of the network.

Dial 112 immediately in cases such as:

• Crimes or public safety threats

• Road accidents or hazards

• Domestic violence or crisis situations

• Sudden health emergencies

The center operates 24/7 and responds to all emergency calls—even those made without a SIM card, zip code, or with blocked outgoing calls.

For additional accessibility, you can also use the 112 mobile app to send SMS, make video calls, or use voice services. It is specially designed for people with visual or hearing impairments.
